Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern every engagement, transaction, and deliverable processed through ai4all.international — including the Initial Briefing & Solution Design consultation, custom AI solution development, automation architecture, and any ancillary professional services. By completing a purchase or executing a service agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Consider this the handshake protocol between your strategic objectives and our execution framework.

Services: All professional engagements including but not limited to the Initial Briefing & Solution Design (€99 excl. BTW), AI consulting, solution architecture, automation development, agent system design, and deliverable production provided by AI4ALL International.

Client: Any natural person, legal entity, or authorised representative who engages AI4ALL International for professional services.

Deliverables: All tangible and intangible outputs produced during the course of an engagement, including strategy documents, architecture blueprints, implementation roadmaps, source code, trained models, and deployment configurations.

Platform: The website ai4all.international and all associated digital infrastructure through which services are offered and transactions are processed.

AI4ALL International operates as a professional AI consultancy delivering end-to-end solution design and implementation services. Our flagship entry point — the Initial Briefing & Solution Design session — is priced at €99 excl. BTW (€119.79 incl. 21% BTW). This amount is fully deductible from the final project automation price should the Client elect to proceed with implementation. All engagements commence upon receipt of payment and are subject to mutual scheduling confirmation.

All prices displayed on the Platform are denominated in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of BTW (21%) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Airwallex, our authorised payment services provider. Upon successful transaction, you will receive a digital invoice referencing your unique booking identifier. Payment constitutes binding acceptance of the engagement terms. AI4ALL International reserves the right to adjust pricing for future engagements with reasonable prior notice.

For the Initial Briefing & Solution Design consultation: you may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a 50% retention fee. For bespoke solution development engagements: withdrawal terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Once deliverables have been transmitted or work has materially commenced, the right of withdrawal is waived pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, as the service delivery has begun with the Client's express prior consent.

AI4ALL International commits to delivering all services and outputs within mutually agreed timelines. The Initial Briefing & Solution Design session includes a follow-up solution design document delivered within 5 business days of the consultation. For larger project engagements, delivery milestones and acceptance criteria are defined in the project-specific statement of work. All delivery timelines are indicative rather than absolute deadlines unless explicitly designated as firm in writing.

All methodologies, frameworks, proprietary tools, and pre-existing intellectual property of AI4ALL International remain the exclusive property of AI4ALL International. Deliverables produced specifically for a Client engagement are licensed to the Client upon full payment under a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use. Redistribution, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or commercial resale of deliverables is strictly prohibited without express written consent. We invested considerable computational resources in developing these systems — kindly respect the architecture.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, business strategies, technical specifications, and commercial terms exchanged during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years. AI4ALL International implements enterprise-grade data handling protocols to safeguard Client information.

AI4ALL International's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific engagement. AI4ALL International shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. All AI-generated outputs and recommendations are provided on an advisory basis; the Client retains sole responsibility for implementation decisions and their downstream consequences.

Refund eligibility is governed by the cancellation terms specified in Section 5. For completed consultations where the deliverable has been provided, refunds are not available as the service has been fully rendered. If you experience a genuine issue with service quality, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will investigate promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in engagement suspension and will be contested with documentation of the service delivery and your explicit consent to these terms.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected during registration, transactions, and engagements is used exclusively for service delivery, payment processing, and legitimate business communication. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored on secure servers within the EU. You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, or erase your data by contacting us at [email protected]. Full privacy policy details are available upon request.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, cyber attacks, infrastructure failures, or global pandemics. In such events, affected timelines shall be extended by the duration of the force majeure event plus a reasonable recovery period.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence under EU Regulation 593/2008 (Rome I). For EU consumers, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your engagement and published on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued engagement with AI4ALL International after notification constitutes acceptance. Previous versions remain archived and available upon request — we believe in version control for legal documents too.
